Future of Social Care

Deloitte SCADpro was a collaborative project on the future of social care. Our team came up with 4 different concepts, Coterie, Unite, Scoop and Dart through a human-centered research process,

We wanted to eliminate the current system’s overlaps through a horizontal approach of interconnecting solutions. Our process followed User Interviews, Expert Interviews, Social Care & Social Media Studies and finally User Testing.

We found that many people think the process of applying for social care is confusing, and time-consuming. The lack of guidance and empathy adds to the stigmas surrounding social care. We focused on helping people gain independence and empowering them.
